Re: The use of the inventory software Item Tracker

We began using ItemTracker when the package was in its infancy and have watched it develop into the sophisticated product it is today. In particular, the expertise, help and support provided by the MediData team we have found invaluable as we have introduced Item Tracker into different projects.

We began with inventory control of our Liquid Nitrogen storage facilities which was a straight forward inventory control project. This involves approximately 30 Users.

We then added the barcode reading and document linking facilities for another project, that of archiving products and linking simple documents.

Finally, our confidence is such that we are making the package available to all members of  NIBSC - about 300 Users - by installing it on all computers throughout the Institute as part of the basic software.

I have no reservations in recommending this product.
