| Hammersmith Hospital, Andrology Department |
| One of the first sites that ItemTracker was used at was the Hammersmith Hospital Andrology Department. ItemTracker is used to manage their patients, samples and storage area. Their samples are bar coded, letters to patients are automatically printed using the mail merge feature and completed patient forms are scanned and associated with patients. | National Institute of Biological Standard and Control (NIBSC) |
| NIBSC started using ItemTracker in the early stages of its development. Initially it was used by around 30 users for a straight forward inventory control project. After proving so successful, it has been rolled out across the institute onto all 300 computers. |
